Terms of Service
Agreement
By accessing or using Relay (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Little Rocket Ltd. (“Little Rocket”, “we”, “our”).
Description of service
Relay is a context infrastructure product that enables teams to share and persist AI agent context across sessions and collaborators. It is currently in private beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use Relay. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are accessing Relay on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Beta program
Relay is provided free of charge during the private beta period. Beta users are expected to use Relay in real workflows and share honest feedback. Beta access is granted at our discretion. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms or sustained inactivity.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Relay for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it; or use the Service to build a directly competing product without our prior written consent.
Your content
You retain ownership of all tasks, goals, session notes, and other content you create through Relay (“Your Content”). You grant Little Rocket a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service. We will not use Your Content for any other purpose.
Intellectual property
All Relay software, design, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Little Rocket Ltd. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Disclaimer of warranties
Relay is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, particularly during the beta period.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Little Rocket Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed CAD $100.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data by emailing us. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribed users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
